ESSO Training Fellowships for International Fellows, Europe - 2015

 

The ESSO Education Committee offers a number of training fellowships to support trainees in Surgical Oncology. Both European and non-European citizens can apply. European applicants may choose to visit European or non-European units, while non-European applicants must choose to visit a European centre. The Education and Training Committee grants two types of fellowships each year: (1) Up to 10 Standard training fellowships (value 2.000 EUR): from 1 to 3 months, (2) 1 major training fellowship (value 10.000 EUR): from 4 to 12 months.

Doctoral Scholarships, University of Otago, New Zealand

 

The University of Otago Doctoral Scholarship provides funding to support doctoral students studying at the University of Otago. The Scholarship is available to both domestic and international students. Candidates for professional doctorates, as well as the PhD, are welcome to apply. Selection is based predominantly on academic merit and the applicant’s potential for research. Up to 181 scholarships are awarded annually.

Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) for Masters, PhD and Short courses

 

The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) promote capacity building within organisations in 51 countries (includes Pakistan) by providing fellowships for training and education for professionals (for Masters, PhD, and also Short courses). The NFP is initiated and fully funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the budget for development cooperation.

Vice Chancellor Doctoral Scholarships at Auckland University, New Zealand

 

Auckland University of Technology is offering vice chancellor doctoral scholarships for domestic and international applicants. These scholarships are awarded to applicants who are qualified to register for full-time study in a doctoral degree at AUT. Scholarships are available for up to three years and each scholarship is worth in total approximately $96,000. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence.
